Our team possesses extensive experience in renovation and remodeling work. Comprising architects, engineers, project managers, skilled tradespeople, and a dedicated support staff, we ensure clear communication and close coordination throughout every phase of each project.

Our history
Our company was founded in 2006 and has remained focused on commercial renovation and remodeling work. Since our establishment, we have successfully completed over one hundred renovation and remodeling projects.
Prior to the pandemic, we maintained a 15-year partnership with H.I.G. Management, LLC and Innovated Restaurant Group (IRG), providing renovation and remodeling services for their chain restaurants located in shopping malls across the United States. These brands included China Max, Little Tokyo, Chicken Now, Ruby Thai, among others.
Around the time of the pandemic, we expanded our services to other food and beverage establishments such as Real Fruit Bubble Tea, Bonchon, Overbaked, and more.
In recent years, we have shifted our focus toward larger-scale renovation and remodeling projects, including supermarkets, office buildings, arcade centers, dine-in restaurants, and similar commercial developments.
In 2024, we were appointed as the nationwide general contractor for Gatcha USA, a newly launched Japanese-themed arcade brand expanding across the United States.
